Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user journeys and content designs for contact center technologies
- Monitor IVR and chat usage, recommending updates and features based on analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align conversation design with product goals and user expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Experience with Figma and Visio is desired
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
