A company is looking for a Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs
- Create compelling materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital assets
- Attend client meetings to understand communication needs and provide expert input
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits communication or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating visually appealing presentations
- Ability to learn Adobe InDesign within the first 6 months; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with clients in informal meetings and gathering feedback
