A company is looking for a News Updates Editor, Commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, pitch, and write timely news content for publication
• Perform revisions, updates, and rewrites to content as needed according to specific project instructions and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with a team of editors, producers, and fact-checkers to enhance the reader experience and ensure content accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience writing and/or editing in the Commerce space, preferably for a digital brand or news outlet
• Familiarity with various shopping trends and product categories, particularly home
• Journalism experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with content management systems and remote work
• Access to a smartphone, computer (not a tablet), and a secure internet connection
