Key Responsibilities
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access issues within the Elevate platform
- Manage the technical aspects of the community platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
- Organize, curate, and publish content to keep the community informed and engaged
Required Qualifications
- Experience with LumApps intranet services is highly preferred
- Ability to implement and maintain quality content standards
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams to support community initiatives
- Proficiency in addressing user inquiries and technical issues
- Experience in creating and documenting standard operating procedures
