Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Community Manager (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline events to engage with current and potential customers
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth
- Analyze community insights and feedback to improve marketing initiatives and customer experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Proven (3-5 years) experience in community management, event planning, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Analytical thinker - able to understand target metrics and goals
- Familiarity with Shopify and working with brand ambassadors or influencers is a plus
- Pacific Time Zone compatibility preferred
