Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM client engagements from discovery through deployment
- Develop and optimize retention marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value
- Measure and refine engagement and retention programs to maximize revenue and profit results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 8 years of experience in Marketing, Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or Communications
- Understanding of CRM or user-level schema for segmentation and targeting
- Proven experience with email and sales data for trend analysis
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
