A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a telephonic nurse case management team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Conduct team meetings, monitor performance, and provide feedback and evaluations to team members
- Manage a reduced caseload while collaborating with claims representatives to develop medical and disability management strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of telephonic Workers' Compensation case management experience required
- Licensed Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in a compact nursing state required
- BA/BS degree required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Certification as a CCM, CIRS, or other Case Management certification required within one year of hire
