A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications for provider and course approvals from credentialing organizations
- Communicate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance of school and course offerings
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory changes and provide recommendations for business adjustments
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a regulatory environment related to real estate, education, or legal fields
- Minimum of a 2-year associate degree; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience with data entry and information retrieval
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and Westlaw preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team-focused environment
