Condo Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Review Specialist to review documentation for condominium and cooperative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite condominium and cooperative projects for compliance with guidelines
• Manage project documentation, including approved and declined project lists
• Ensure projects meet eligibility requirements set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project review experience
• 5+ years of experience with mortgage credit guidelines, policies, and procedures
• 5 years of experience with FNMA/Freddie/FHA underwriting guidelines
• Experience with investor guidelines
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA regulations
