Constituency Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Constituency Program Coordinator to enhance engagement with key constituencies and develop programmatic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop statewide curriculum for community education and training for Divine 9, Campus/Youth Voters, and Faith constituencies
• Conduct convenings to discuss the historical role of constituency programs and co-create issue-based materials for constituency leaders
• Support GOTV activities and ensure accurate data collection for informed decision-making during election cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Proficient knowledge of Voter Database Management tools, like Voter Access Network (VAN) and Relational Voter Project (RVP)
• Prior knowledge or willingness to learn organizational management tools such as Zoom and Google Meet
• Experience working in political organizations with elected officials
• Ideal candidate should reside in North Carolina
