Construction Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction & Renovation Coordinator to assist with the management of construction and renovation loan programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers with renovation/construction loan structuring and program guidelines
• Review construction/renovation documents and communicate discrepancies for corrections
• Coordinate with third-party construction management and accounting for draw disbursements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience
• Experience with renovation and construction loans
• Builder and contractor review experience
• Experience with mortgage systems and platforms, such as Encompass or Ellie Mae
