Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Coordinator to lead planning and coordination for complex facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-construction efforts including estimating, budgeting, and proposal development
- Manage the design process ensuring compliance and alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with estimators to deliver cost estimates and support procurement efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities
- Experience with projects ranging from $250K to $100M under various delivery models
- Familiarity with estimating tools such as Plan Swift and Procore
- Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
