Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of SREs, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
• Measure and optimize system performance while identifying and eliminating TOIL through automation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field
• Strong background in software engineering and systems engineering disciplines
• Proficiency in developing Service Level Indicators and Objectives (SLI/SLO)
• Experience with automation tools and practices
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of production incidents
