Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing senior engineering leaders
• Hands-on familiarity with emerging AI/ML tooling and its implementation
• Strong technical competence to evaluate architecture and guide technical tradeoffs
• Experience partnering with Product and Design to deliver customer-centric outcomes
• Strategic orientation towards data as a foundational asset for building intelligent systems
