Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to oversee engineering teams and ensure project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of System Engineers to meet customer expectations and project performance
• Ensure compliance with Systems Engineering principles on all projects and manage department budgets
• Develop and train personnel while maintaining department skills matrix competencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and project management methodologies
• Familiarity with ANSYS, Creo, ANSI Y14.5 GDT, and AGILE preferred
• Knowledge of automation controls, robotics, and semiconductor system integration preferred
