Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction and Renovation Project Coordinator, responsible for managing the pre and post funding stages of residential construction and renovation loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for borrowers, contractors, builders, and inspectors throughout the loan and construction lifecycle
• Monitor and control the draw and disbursement processes, ensuring compliance and timely fund releases
• Collaborate with various teams to manage multiple files and improve procedural efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years working with Construction and Renovation Loan programs is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of various mortgage loan products, including Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, USDA, and DPA/Bond
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to adapt to change
