A company is looking for a Consumer Collection Specialist - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Auto dial and manage a portfolio of 60-120 day past due patient accounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
- Utilize multiple communication channels to engage with patients and process cancellations, disputes, and refunds
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and collection procedures
- Ability to analyze metrics and reporting effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
