Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to enhance department efficiency and ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and process patient check-in forms, manage adverse drug events, and document dosage change requests
- Support clinical activities including patient intake screenings, appointment scheduling, and managing medical records
- Monitor team KPIs and collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality of care standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinical setting (e.g., nursing, medical assisting, telemedicine)
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Comfortable with technology, including telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, either 8:30-5pm ET or 2-10pm ET, Monday to Wednesday
