A company is looking for a Consumer Service Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Interact daily with technicians, consumers, and service support personnel to manage technician routes
- Build efficient routes and manage scheduling, including rescheduling customer calls
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service via telephone and email
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least 6 months experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Data entry experience
