A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent II.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates claim files by entering initial loss report information into claim intake application
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service and assistance
- Responds to inquiries and educates customers on claim processes and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with experience in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of TelePlus procedures and claim entry workflows
- One year of experience as a Contact Center Agent I or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- PC literate with good typing skills
