Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist II responsible for managing consumer interactions to ensure high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer consumer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide centralized scheduling services for clinics
- Ensure patients can easily access their provider(s)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience or competency in Contact Center Specialist I role for at least 6 months
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or call center experience
- Competency in required skills as a Contact Center Specialist I or equivalent
