Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, and UX Researchers to create customer-centric content
• Plan, design, and write U.S. English content for various merchant product experiences
• Manage multiple projects and set stakeholder expectations while working independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in product content design
• Experience with content standards, including style and voice guidelines
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Experience using generative AI tools is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields is appreciated but not required
