Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Coordinator to manage assets for 365 and Office products and enhance content production pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily content production workflows and manage work requests
- Conduct quality control of content and manage ingestion, tagging, and publishing into asset management systems
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and maintain process documentation for the production pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of production experience in content publishing or operations
- Strong expertise with Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, XML editing, CMS, and DAM
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Library Science, or a related field preferred
