Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate contracts with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage vendor accreditation, monitor performance trends, and ensure contract compliance
- Develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activities, and analyze quotations for cost control
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
- Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
- Proficiency in contract administration software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a shared services environment is a plus
