Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist I to join their team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drafts of CDAs/NDAs, Standalone Services Agreements, and Task Orders
• Manage the preparation, finalization, and execution of Amendments/Change Orders to executed contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure timely contract finalization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Juris Doctor preferred, but not required
• 0-2 years of professional experience in contract drafting and negotiation or a similar legal-adjacent role
• Experience in the clinical/healthcare industry is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder management
