Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements for multiple clients
• Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with external experts
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, overseeing project management and client engagement execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing complex client engagements
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing a team effectively
