Job Summary
A company is looking for an MGA Insurance Reconciliation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bordereaux submissions, ensuring accuracy between client data and internal systems
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments while maintaining detailed audit logs
- Act as the main liaison for reconciliation issues between internal teams and MGA clients, ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation roles
- 2-3 years of insurance industry experience required (MGA)
- 1+ year of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance preferred
- Experience working with MGAs and bordereaux processes strongly preferred
