Job Summary

A company is looking for an MGA Insurance Reconciliation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile monthly bordereaux submissions, ensuring accuracy between client data and internal systems
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments while maintaining detailed audit logs
  • Act as the main liaison for reconciliation issues between internal teams and MGA clients, ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation roles
  • 2-3 years of insurance industry experience required (MGA)
  • 1+ year of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance preferred
  • Experience working with MGAs and bordereaux processes strongly preferred
