Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees and monthly payments for independent contractors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams for accurate data processing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paylocity, or similar)
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field is required
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is preferred
