Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly reviews of client ADP accounts for accuracy
- Manage the Payroll Inbox and ticketing system to address inquiries and needs
- Support payroll implementation processes and maintain payroll SOPs
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax best practices
- Proficient in spreadsheet software for data entry and reporting
- Must be a driven self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and work autonomously
