Key Responsibilities
- Design effective conversational experiences to enhance self-service and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align conversation designs with business objectives
- Define and optimize dialog flows, intents, and prompts to improve automation success
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or voice interface design
- Knowledge of conversation principles, psychology, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for IVAs, chatbots, or other conversational platforms
- Familiarity with natural language understanding and dialog management
- Experience with dialog flow tools and conversation prototyping platforms
