Conversational Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational Engineer, Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture and document virtual agent requirements
• Present conversational agents in Dialogflow CX and address QA issues and feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate design solutions and create prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions, preferably with Dialogflow CX
• Experience in bringing a virtual agent to market or working on deployed virtual agents
• Intimate knowledge of NLP, NLU, and managing models, intents, and entities
• Experience with programming languages like Java or Python for data integration
• Familiarity with user dashboards or analytical applications (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
