- 5+ years of experience in people management and leading sales teams
- Proven ability to leverage data for insights and team optimization
- Experience in adapting to evolving business priorities
- Self-starter with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bonus: Familiarity with financial and investing concepts and experience in a Series A-C startup
