A company is looking for a Corporate Switchboard Operator who will provide customer service support and manage incoming calls for various entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Redirect incoming customer service requests and assess customer needs
- Provide administrative support for Consumer Affairs teams and Executive offices
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule during normal business hours
