CPA Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller, Director to lead core accounting operations across U.S. and international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close and financial reporting for the U.S. parent entity, ensuring GAAP compliance and preparation of investor deliverables
• Oversee global consolidation of international subsidiaries and ensure audit readiness of all reporting outputs
• Act as the primary liaison for audits, manage a cross-border team, and collaborate with various departments to assess financial impacts of changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing complex audits and preparing audit-ready financials
• Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in NetSuite
