Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and validate payments for provider compensation programs
- Support the design and modeling of incentive plans to drive performance
- Develop and maintain compensation reports and ensure data integrity within HR systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant analyses in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of CMS and Provider Survey Data preferred
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI and advanced MS Excel skills
