Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and validate payments for provider compensation programs
  • Support the design and modeling of incentive plans to drive performance
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports and ensure data integrity within HR systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant analyses in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of CMS and Provider Survey Data preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI and advanced MS Excel skills
