CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor an accounting team, overseeing client engagements and fostering a high-performing environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and within multiple industries
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing a team effectively
