Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Senior Manager to oversee the payroll function and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll, including salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and complete required filings
- Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes and assist with employee payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant payroll experience in a mid-size to large, multi-state organization
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience with ADP WorkforceNow and proficiency in Excel, Quickbooks Online, and Google Suite
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet stringent processing deadlines
