Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Specialist responsible for billing projects within the Operations & Management business segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue draft invoices and billing reports, collaborating with Project Managers and Project Assistants to finalize invoices for clients
- Process project closeouts, manage WIP and AR write-offs, and set up new projects according to client contracts
- Produce ad hoc financial reports for Project Managers and assist with annual audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1 year of relevant experience; or 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar project accounting software preferred
- Basic knowledge of project accounting concepts and practices preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
