Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III responsible for managing payroll functions for corporate and subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process complete payroll functions, including entering timesheet information and auditing payroll reports for accuracy
- Create payroll-related reports for Finance and HR, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Manage year-end responsibilities and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Six (6) years plus of payroll experience in a multi-state environment
- Payroll software experience required, specifically with ADP Work Force Now
- Accounting experience preferred
- Certification in Payroll Administration preferred
