Grants Management Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Management Officer II, Post-Award.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-award grants, ensuring compliance and effective oversight of awarded grants
• Review and process Federal Notice of Awards and draft outgoing subcontract agreements
• Educate team members on sponsored research and participate in the transition to a new financial management system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
• Competent knowledge of NIH, DOD, NSF regulations in an academic medical setting preferred
• Proficient with electronic research administration databases and software applications
• Experience with budget review to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively
