Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding & Charge Entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consistency in medical record documentation and coding compliance with established guidelines
• Train, coordinate, and supervise regional coding personnel while supporting office staff and providers
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and EMR Specialists to ensure workflow standardization and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, or equivalent operations
• Supervisory experience is required
• AAPC CPC Certification is required
• Thorough understanding of the revenue cycle and related components
