CPC Licensed Pathology Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pathology Medical Coder, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate dictated pathology reports into CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes accurately and timely
• Address coding discrepancies and communicate with relevant departments regarding payor denials
• Perform various clerical functions and special projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Active unrestricted AAPC CPC license
• 2+ years of experience in medical coding
