Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Underwriting Hub for Commercial Small & Middle Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and operational plans impacting multiple product lines to ensure long-term success
• Oversees profitability and operational efficiencies by setting underwriting strategies and objectives
• Leads and manages staff, focusing on talent management and succession planning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related discipline
• 20 years of related underwriting experience, with at least 10 years in management
• Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
