Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cohesive creative strategies that reflect the brand identity and resonate with target audiences
- Oversee creative content development and provide feedback to ensure quality and alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns and product launches
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in creative/art direction, design, or content production
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing teams
- Experience in the consumer goods industry or a consumer-facing brand is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Communications, or a related field is highly desired
- Expertise in Adobe Suite and similar design programs
