Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns and copy that translate scientific information for diverse audiences
- Top-edit and mentor junior writers across various formats, ensuring adherence to brand copy style guidelines
- Research and develop unconventional campaign narratives using both qualitative and quantitative data
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in creative/campaign strategy, either in-house or at an agency
- 5+ years of experience in editing and mentoring junior writers
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and cultivate excellent writers
- Experience in developing campaign strategies for new product launches
- Strong background and interest in multicultural markets and storytelling
