Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the global UX team while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of product work and Figma-related experience required
• Solid understanding of cross-platform design systems and technical frameworks
• Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion
• Experience in the Business Automation space is a plus, but not a requirement
