Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Project Manager to oversee and deliver design projects related to events and keynotes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production of presentation design projects from inception to final asset delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects and coordinate with suppliers within the events' ecosystem
- Track project execution, communicate status updates, and coordinate logistics for simultaneous events
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of creative program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage critical assets and approvals
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to facilitate solutions and collaborate effectively across teams
