Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of local campaigns from concept to execution across various media
- Manage multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
- Sourcing and managing a network of local creatives while providing feedback to maintain brand consistency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative production or art direction
- Strong command of English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay
- Hands-on skills in video editing, motion design, shooting, and graphic design
- Experience managing teams of freelancers and creative professionals
- Understanding of Southeast Asian Muslim audiences, culturally and emotionally
