Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete credentialing requests for Medicare, private insurance, and hospital for various physicians
- Manage a tracking system for credentialing assignments and maintain related files
- Respond to credentialing and licensing data requests and prepare periodic status reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years active experience with credentialing medical practices and/or physicians
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Familiarity with CAQH and experience updating CAQH profiles
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Some medical billing experience helpful, but not required
