Key Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve outstanding invoices for an assigned portfolio
- Address billing inquiries and disputes effectively
- Assist with month-end close responsibilities and improve documentation of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
- Experience in handling escalated research situations
